Currently Anna is 15 years old.
She came to the streets at age of 7 with a friend who promised her that she can earn a lot of money scavenging for scrap and selling it, so that she could take care of her siblings. She needed to find a way to take care of them since she was the elder after her mother separated from her father and the children were left abandoned.
Since then she has been on street (8 years) and she says since then she has not gone back home because she even doesn't know where she came from.
Life has been hell here on streets and in the slums, sometimes sleeping on an empty stomach, sexually harassed and many other things because she is not considered as other children in families, people see homeless children as the rejected ones.
"I want to be a teacher if I get a chance to go back to school, and wish Alpha would look for my home and I can go back to meet my siblings"

She is lacking basic education since she has been on the streets for so long, so catching up with regular kids is a great start. After that we want to be able to get her the education required.
